- niacin;
- itraconazole, fluconazole or ketoconazole;
- immune system suppressers such as cancer medication or steroids - cyclosporine, tacrolimus and others;
- HIV or AIDS medication like indinavir, nelfinavir, ritonavir, lopinavir-ritonavir.
